Designed and developed the 3SIP2C website, a project between Vietnamese and UK researchers aiming to better understand the flow, pathways, and destinations of plastic waste in the rivers and coasts of Vietnam.

3SIP2C Website Design

A key feature of the site was an interactive map, highlighting research locations, water pathways, and land borders. This element proved contentious - raising challenges with neighbouring governments - yet remained essential in showing the scope and geography of 3SIP2C’s work. The map contained pins that triggered a pop up box, housing more information and leading navigation to research projects across the country.

The website

Prior to the website development I worked closely with the team at 3SIP2C to develop a striking visual identity that bridged different continents. From a light touch re-design of their logo to visual assets and an image bank, the identity was built around the colour coding of their five key research themes.

The visual identity

I led the design for this project, creating a dynamic and professional platform for researchers across the UK and Vietnam. The visual identity was crafted to be unique and engaging, tailored to educational, scientific, and academic audiences.
